Confirmation Bake Sale
December 4th; bring cash or your checkbook to church to purchase Christmas treated! The confirmation students are baking and selling items. The money raised will be matched by Thrivent Finanacial for Lutherans and donated to Compass Housing Alliances’ “Home Safe” for children in transitional housing to participate in extracurricular activities and sports programs. Be generous! The goal is $500 (+$250 match) = $750 donation.
6th – 8th Grade
If you are in 6th – 8th grade, you should have received your confirmation dates and information in the mail. If you haven’t, there are extra copies on Kathy’s door. Here’s the highlights for September:
September 18; 4 pm – 7 pm, Fellowship Hall First meeting, students and parent(s). Staff will be providing dinner
9th Grade Confirmation
Hey freshmen, your confirmation date is coming up! Here’s the September dates you need to remember:
- Thursday, September 22, 7 pm. Parent meeting at Pastor Deanna’s home.
- Sunday, September 25, 9th Grade retreat! We are meeting at HTLC at 7:30 am and heading to the Compass Center to prepare breakfast; then on some adventures
- of our own. We will be back at HTLC @ 2 pm.
